Products On The Rock offers the Survivor Fund for Law Enforcement Officers, Corrections Officers, Fire Fighters, and Emergency Medical Services. This $500 Survivor scholarship fund is established for your children if you lose your life in the line of duty.

To become eligible simply purchase one pair of boots with a minimum cost of $100. After your order has been confirmed you can then fill out the forms from this and fax them to begin coverage of your children.

The coverage is for the time period of one year begining from the date of the purchase of the boots. The coverage will end at the end of one year. To maintain enrolled in the program you are required to purchase atleast one pair of boots within a year.

To enroll please download the  Survivor Fund Registration Form from our website. Take time to fill out the entire form and fax it back to our office. A notory signature is required to complete the form.

All submissions to collect from the fund will be validated by Products on the Rock and thus payout will not occur until death can be substantiated.

Products on the Rock has sole discretion of who gets enrolled and can turn down any application for any reason. If Products on the Rock has reason to believe or determines information given to be false the enrollment will be denied or terminated and the enrollee will be barred from the program.
